Job Description
The instructional coach will work alongside teachers to strengthen instructional practices, analyze student data, support curriculum implementation, facilitate professional learning, and foster a positive culture focused on continuous growth and success.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coaching and supporting teachers through planning, modeling, and feedback
- Facilitating PLCs and professional development
- Assisting with data analysis and instructional decision-making
- Supporting curriculumn implementation and instructional best practices
- Collaborating with campus leadership to improve student outcomes
- Mentoring and supporting new teachers
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas teaching certificate
- Minimum of three years successful classroom, teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and assessment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading professional development
- Experience analyzing student achievement data
- Masters degree and/or leadership experience
