In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and educators to create engaging, effective curricula that meet diverse learner needs. Your expertise in instructional design, learning technology, and project management will drive the successful delivery of innovative training programs that enhance learning experiences and foster educational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape curriculum strategies and support adult education initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties Design, develop, and update comprehensive curricula aligned with organizational goals using instructional design models such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content within scope and quality standards through effective project management practices. Develop engaging learning materials utilizing tools like Adobe Captivate and Blackboard LMS (Learning Management System), ensuring compatibility with SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) standards for seamless integration. Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible content tailored for adult learners in both online and classroom settings. Oversee content development for various formats including e-learning modules, instructor-led training sessions, presentations, and instructional guides. Implement best practices in instructional design to optimize learner engagement and retention across diverse learning environments. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of learning technology trends and tools to continuously enhance curriculum quality and delivery methods. Experience Proven experience in curriculum development or instructional design within educational or corporate training settings. Strong understanding of ADDIE methodology and project management principles to coordinate complex initiatives efficiently. Hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as Blackboard or similar systems; familiarity with SCORM standards is highly desirable. Skilled in using authoring tools like Adobe Captivate for creating interactive e-learning content. Background in adult education with classroom experience preferred; excellent presentation skills are essential. Demonstrated ability to develop engaging training & development programs that cater to diverse audiences. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to write clearly and effectively for various formats and audiences.
