Job Description

Job Summary Kiddie Academy of Humble is seeking an experienced Administrative & Curriculum Coordinator to support our management team, teachers, and daily Academy operations. This is a great opportunity for an experienced early childhood professional who enjoys both administrative work and working directly with teachers in the classroom . Responsibilities • Support front-desk operations, phones, filing, attendance, and supply ordering. Monitor ProCare attendance and maintain organized center records. Observe classrooms and help ensure teachers are effectively implementing our established curriculum. Role-model and coach teachers on curriculum, classroom management, transitions, and daily routines. Train and support teachers with important procedures such as name-to-face checks, supervision, health checks, and daily reports. Conduct routine classroom and documentation checks to help maintain licensing and Academy standards. Provide classroom support or coverage when needed. Work closely with the Director and Assistant Director to identify areas where teachers need additional training or support.
Qualifications:
5+ years of childcare or early childhood education experience. Strong classroom management and teacher-coaching skills. Organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing administrative and classroom responsibilities. Good communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of childcare licensing, supervision, and health and safety practices. Experience with Procare or similar childcare software is a plus. CDA preferred.
