Position Summary As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective learning experiences. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to create high-quality educational content that meets the needs of our diverse audience. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather accurate information and support the development of clear and engaging learning content. Design and build interactive training materials including eLearning modules, videos, guided demonstrations, and simple multimedia elements using Articulate 360 tools or any other provided. Leverage AI-based content creation and editing tools to enhance efficiency and quality during the development process. Create basic assessments and Knowledge Checks aligned with established learning objectives and review them with SMEs for accuracy. Support needs assessments and learner analysis by collecting information and helping summarize insights to inform instructional design decisions. Help measure training effectiveness by organizing learner feedback, reviewing assessment data, and identifying improvements for future iterations. Research and stay informed on foundational instructional design principles and emerging technologies relevant to eLearning development. Assist instructors and internal teams with the deployment, documentation, and rollout of learning materials and training programs. Core Competencies Instructional Design

Work Environment This position performs its duties from our New Braunfels, TX office. This position operates in a professional office environment and role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, mobile devices, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Requirements While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk and hear, use hands and fingers to type, scroll and use computer equipment. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic forms. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time non-exempt position. Days/hours worked are dependent on the workload at the time. General availability and presence in the office is expected during regular business hours Monday-Friday. However, some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel There is no major travel requirement for this position. However, infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s), attend conferences/industry events, etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat is required. This event is a 2-3-day retreat. Attendance at our annual User Conference as assigned. Salary Range The range is $24
  • $30 per hour.
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (or relevant experience). Knowledge of the LCPtracker system or willingness to learn its functions as part of onboarding. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex subjects. Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360 preferred) or willingness to learn. Basic understanding of instructional design concepts such as learning objectives, assessments, and learner engagement strategies. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn new tools, including AI content‑creation platforms. Preferred Qualifications:
