Engage Children. Help Shape the Future. Kiddie Academy of Rockwall is looking for an energetic, creative, and highly organized Curriculum Coordinator & Administrative Leader to join our growing team. This is not a typical office position. We are looking for someone who loves working with teachers, enjoys being in classrooms, and can bring excitement, innovation, and fresh ideas to our educational programs. If you are passionate about early childhood education, technology, social media, and creating memorable learning experiences for children, we would love to meet you. What You'll Do Lead and support teachers in implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans Coach and mentor teachers on classroom activities, learning centers, STEM projects, art projects, and hands-on learning experiences Help create a fun, exciting, and enriching educational environment throughout the school Ensure curriculum implementation aligns with Kiddie Academy standards and Texas licensing requirements Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teaching staff Plan and coordinate school-wide events, educational programs, celebrations, and family engagement activities Manage and maintain lesson plans and curriculum documentation Assist with enrollment, tours, parent communication, and administrative tasks Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and other marketing channels Capture classroom activities through photos and videos while maintaining compliance and professionalism Assist with after-school and summer camp programming Drive the school bus to transport children safely for local school pickups, field trips, and special events Collaborate closely with the Director, Assistant Director, and ownership team to continually improve the school experience What We're Looking For Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic personality Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teachers Creative thinker who can make learning fun and engaging Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong technology skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, social media platforms, and educational technology tools Comfortable speaking with parents and representing the school professionally Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Requirements Valid Texas Driver License with a clean driving record Ability to meet requirements to drive a childcare/school bus Experience in early childhood education, curriculum development, or childcare administration preferred CDA, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience preferred Ability to pass all required background checks and licensing requirements CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Kiddie Academy of Rockwall?
