This role supports the Character in Deeds initiative by translating character education research and the Baylor Character Education Framework into clear, practical tools and resources for faculty, staff, and students. This role bridges scholarship and practice—helping ensure that research-informed character formation strategies are accessible, usable, and actionable across campus. A bachelor's degree and two years of relevant work experience required. A doctoral degree and five years of relevant work experience are preferred. A combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of one another.

Strong writing and synthesis skills Experience developing educational or organizational resources Ability to translate complex ideas into accessible language Experience in higher education, nonprofit, or faith-based settings preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
