Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science in Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology, Human Performance, Training and Learning Development, Psychology, Marketing, or related field, with 5 Years of related experience with a Bachelors of Science; 3 Years with a Masters degree; 1 Year with PhD Must have U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain U.S. DoD Secret Level clearance Experience designing and developing learning materials for technical disciplines Experience developing technology-based learning products Experience creating formative and summative evaluations for technical disciplines Experience in conducting training evaluations in accordance with Kirkpatrick 4 levels of evaluation and Phillips 5 levels of evaluation Experience working in ADDIE and other training development models for technical disciplines Experience applying adult learning theories and process-driven instructional design principles Ability to travel 10% of the timePreferred Qualifications:
