You gather technical updates from engineers and field teams, choose the most effective delivery methods, and turn that insight into course content, training materials, and visual aids. In the afternoon, you facilitate a hands-on session, observe performance, and capture real-time feedback. You close the day by refining lesson plans, updating criteria to measure training impact, and coordinating future sessions—sometimes partnering with other technical trainers to go deeper on specialty topics. Role focus Design, build, and coordinate in-house training for field support personnel and customers. Research and synthesize the information needed to create accurate, up-to-date curriculum. Develop course content, select instructional methodologies, and produce supporting training aids. Lead training sessions and establish clear metrics to evaluate effectiveness. Collaborate with subject-matter trainers as needed for specialized instruction. Continuously revise lessons to align with new requirements and evolving technical data. Qualifications you'll need Bachelor's degree and 6 years of applicable, progressive professional and/or supervisory experience; or Master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
