Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Partner directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective learning strategies Lead the design and planning of learning content, ensuring alignment with learner needs and organizational goals Develop engaging, user-centered learning experiences across multiple modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, blended, etc.) Facilitate discovery sessions, needs analyses, and content planning discussions with clients Collaborate with SMEs to structure content and create meaningful, digestible learning journeys Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, design thinking) to guide project development Provide consultative recommendations on learning solutions, including format, delivery, and content strategy Ensure deliverables are polished, high-quality, and aligned to client expectationsQualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning Experience Design Strong background in the design and strategy side of learning (not just development/production) Proven experience working in client-facing or consultative environments Experience leading content planning, curriculum design, or learning strategy initiatives Ability to translate complex information into engaging, learner-friendly content Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working cross-functionally with SMEs, clients, and project teamsKey Responsibilities:
