Design, develop, and maintain eLearning courses, virtual instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support materials Conduct needs analyses to identify learning gaps and recommend effective instructional strategies Partner with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to translate complex information into clear learning content Create and manage instructional materials using industry-standard authoring and collaboration tools Apply instructional design principles, visual design fundamentals, and accessibility best practices to learning solutions

Qualifications:

1 to 5 years of Instructional design experience Experience designing and developing eLearning, virtual instructor-led training, and job aids Proficiency with Articulate Rise 360 and Articulate Storyline Strong writing, editing, and communication skills Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and business stakeholders Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Desired Skills:

Experience supporting legal or compliance learning content Familiarity with AI-assisted content development Experience applying accessibility standards in learning design Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
