Job Overview An Instructional Designer within Cybersecurity creates, modifies, and enhances a diverse selection of curriculum for the purpose of training various individuals and groups within the T-Mobile. Instructional Designers also develop and present Train-the-Trainer programs to introduce and prepare Facilitators to present the developed training program. This role is responsible for communicating with appropriate departments regarding project material, subject matter and deadlines; then designing curriculum to fit the needs of the customer. Job Responsibilities Design and develop E-Learnings, Job Aids, Instructor Lead trainings, and Level 1 assessments for designed programs. Conduct needs assessments as required and determine instructional objectives. Determine appropriate instructional strategy and delivery media (including traditional and non-traditional methods of delivery). Manage internal social engineering campaigns (email phishing, etc.) Support Cybersecurity Awareness lead on educational activities including in-person events, internal social posts, and micro-learning. Conduct and review Level 1&2 Assessments training initiatives as available. Project management as assigned Education and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) 2-4 years - Instructional Design experience(preferred) 1-3 years cybersecurity experience(preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Instructional Strategies (Required) Instructional Design (Required) Educational Evaluations (Required) Curriculum Development (Required) Course Development (Required) ADDIE Instructional Design (Required) Learning Content Design(preferred) Training Delivery(preferred) At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in theUnited States Travel :

10% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
