Jefferson Healthcare Education Coordinator Announcement #333547 Jefferson Healthcare is seeking an Education Coordinator to join our growing team. This position works hand-in-hand with the Education Program Manager to build up the education program for the hospital. Along with supporting programs administratively, this role will facilitate and coordinate system-wide trainings and support the administration of the LMS (Learning Management System). Two years of related work experience required; prefer experience in a healthcare or education setting BLS Certification required within 3 months of hire.
Schedule :
Full time, 40 hours/week; non-union; non-exempt; onsiteResponsibilities:
Assist in planning and development of clinical education events and activities such as Skills Fair, and others. Provide LMS support including coordinating and assigning eLearning modules and run reports as needed. Manage the Education Center space and Simulation Lab including: Manage reservations. Set up space with the requested equipment. Keep equipment in good working order. Track and order consumables. Support in running simulations (as needed). Track all certification and licensure requirements. Coordinate the certification course enrollment process. Track and organizing skill competencies and other training records. Track and coordinate required training for all hospital staff. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Education Center. Edit SharePoint pages and keep the Education Calendar up to date General administrative duties.
