Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will primarily work at the Administrative Office Building (AOB) in Middleton, WI with travel required to clinical areas of support.
Pay:
Pay range is based on a full-time (100%) position. Salary is prorated based on FTE. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants. We are seeking an MSN prepared Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Nursing Professional Development team to: Make a broad impact across adult specialty clinics, leading onboarding and professional development for RNs, LPNs, and medical assistants in a highly collaborative ambulatory environment. Design and deliver education focused on clinical skills and triage, supporting safe, efficient care across diverse patient populations and clinic workflows. Support a wide range of specialty areas including ENT (ear, nose and throat), surgical specialties, wound and ostomy, neurosurgery, burn and wound, podiatry, vascular, orthopedics, rehabilitation, bariatrics, and the Pre-Anesthesia Clinic (PAC), offering exceptional variety and continuous learning. Partner with clinic leaders and interdisciplinary teams to align education with real-time operational needs, patient flow, and evolving clinic practices across multiple locations throughout the greater Madison area. Serve as a key resource and mentor, promoting competency, consistency, and excellence across MA, LPN, and RN roles while strengthening team-based care delivery. Contribute to system-wide initiatives and NES responsibilities; three years of clinic nursing experience strongly preferred.
