What You'll Do As an Instructor, you'll play a key role in delivering an engaging and educational experience for our members.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading group classes with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
• Guiding members through structured classes.
• Encouraging personal growth, discipline, and confidence in each participant.
• Assisting in the development of class plans and ensuring a safe and fun learning environment.
• Acting as a positive role model and ambassador for our program's values. What We're Looking For To excel in this role, you'll need:
• At least 1 year of experience in group fitness instruction .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents.
• A passion for teaching and motivating others.
• The ability to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
