In this dynamic role, you will design engaging ballet curricula, deliver captivating instruction, and foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, discipline, and growth. Your expertise will help students develop their technical skills, artistic expression, and confidence through innovative teaching methods and personalized mentorship. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on aspiring dancers while continuously honing your craft in a vibrant, supportive setting. Pay is negotiable. Duties Lead engaging ballet classes for elite competitive students that incorporate proper technique, posture, and movement fundamentals Classes will be each Tuesday night of the typical school year (August-May) and will follow the areas school calendar... meaning the studio will be closed anytime the schools are closed for holidays, weather days, etc. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and motivating environment for all students Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their dancing skills and artistic expression Support students' overall development by integrating early childhood education principles and childhood development strategies into your teaching approach Skills Experience in teaching elite level ballet classes with proficient ballet knowledge. Expertise in ballet techniques, choreography, and curriculum development tailored for diverse age groups Strong classroom management skills to maintain discipline while fostering enthusiasm and participation Knowledge of behavior management strategies to support positive student interactions and growth Excellent communication skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues in a collaborative environment Join us as a Company Ballet Instructor where your passion for dance meets the opportunity to inspire the next generation of performers!
