We are passionate about technical excellence and the joy of dance at every level. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and child-centered Ballet Instructor to join our faculty. The ideal candidate brings strong classical ballet technique, proven experience teaching students of varying ages and levels, and a genuine gift for connecting with children in a safe and encouraging way. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate ballet classes for students Teach proper technique, alignment, and artistry while maintaining a safe and positive classroom environment Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding student progress Assist in choreography and preparation for recitals and performances Maintain classroom structure, discipline, and a nurturing atmosphere Collaborate with studio director and fellow faculty on curriculum and studio events Uphold studio policies and child safety standards at all times Qualifications Formal training in classical ballet Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with children ages 3-18 Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior with patience, warmth, and firmness Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate instruction Excellent communication skills with both students and parents Must pass a background check What We're Looking For in You Beyond technique, we want someone who loves working with kids — someone who can make a 5-year-old feel brave and a teenager feel capable. You are patient, consistent, enthusiastic, and understand that how you make students feel matters just as much as what you teach them. Compensation Based on experience.
