Ascend Dance Academy in North Phoenix is growing and looking to expand our Faculty for our Fall Season ! We have an immediate need for a new faculty member for our 7 and under program! These classes take place on Tuesdays from 4:15-6:15pm and/or Thursdays from 4-5:30pm. In addition, we are also expanding our faculty in other areas and looking specifically for applicants with significant experience in the following genres for all ages: Ballet and Pointe! Duties Conduct engaging dance classes for students of varying skill levels Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that align with the goals of the studio. Educate students on dance techniques, choreography, and performance skills. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their technique and confidence. Organize and participate in recitals, performances, and other events to showcase student progress. Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages creativity, teamwork, and personal growth. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students. Maintain a safe and clean studio environment. Requirements Proven experience in dance instruction Experience working with students of various ages and skill levels. Ability to educate students while fostering a love for dance and movement. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teaching children.
