We are currently hiring energetic, reliable, and engaging dance instructors for after-school programs in: Gilbert, Arizona Cave Creek, Arizona Paradise Valley Central Phoenix Fowler School District areas Local Phoenix-area applicants preferred. What We're Looking For We are seeking instructors who: Have experience teaching dance to preschool and/or elementary-aged children Enjoy creating a fun and positive classroom environment Have reliable transportation Are dependable, professional, and responsible Are available at least 2 afternoons per week Can begin teaching in Summer or Fall 2026 Have or are willing to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card/background clearance Preferred Teaching Areas / Proximity Please indicate which areas you are comfortable commuting to: ☐ Cave Creek ☐ Paradise Valley ☐ Central Phoenix ☐ Gilbert ☐ Fowler School District Applicants located near these areas are strongly preferred. Preferred Qualifications ECE units or Early Childhood Education background (higher pay available) Musical Theatre experience 1-2 years of dance teaching experience College coursework or professional dance experience About the Position As a mobile dance instructor, you will travel to local schools and teach engaging dance classes to young students. Classes are typically held after school and last approximately 30-45 minutes. Responsibilities Teach creative and age-appropriate dance classes Create a positive and encouraging environment for students Arrive on time and prepared for each class Communicate professionally with staff and families Commit to a consistent weekly teaching schedule Teach both on-site and occasional virtual classes if needed Compensation $35-$40 per class Fuel/travel compensation available Flexible part-time schedule Why Join Plaza Production One?
