Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Ballet Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in classical ballet and have the ability to teach students of all ages and skill levels. While company experience is preferred, it is not a requirement. In addition to permanent positions, we are also building a list of substitute instructors to be called on an as-needed basis. Duties Teach ballet technique to students of varying ages and skill levels Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages creativity and self-expression among students. Demonstrate correct dance technique. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Prepare students for performances and recitals Encourage a positive work ethic and manage classroom behavior effectively. Maintain a safe studio environment for all participants. Communicate with parents regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise. Take attendance and maintain accurate class rosters. Opening and/or closing duties as needed. Accurately submit monthly hours worked
