What You'll Do:

Inspire and Teach:

Teach private and group dance lessons to adults in social and competitive styles (including Salsa, Bachata, Tango, Waltz, Cha-Cha, Swing, and more).

Build Community:

Create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere. Host weekly social dance parties and studio events. Grow as a

Professional:

Attend daily training sessions to sharpen your own dancing, teaching, and communication skills. This training is paid!

Celebrate Success:

Travel and participate in exciting dance competitions, showcases, and galas with your students.

What We're Looking For:

The "It"

Factor:

A warm, outgoing, and charismatic personality. You love interacting with people! A Background in

Movement:

Experience in dance (any style), musical theater, gymnastics, athletics, or cheerleading is highly preferred.

A Growth Mindset:

A strong desire to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve your skills.

Professionalism:

Dependable, well-groomed, and able to maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Note:

You do not need a background in ballroom dance specifically—we pride ourselves on our premier training program that will get you certified!
