Create engaging lesson plans that balance technique, improvisation, and choreography. Choreograph pieces for recitals, showcases, and competitions. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve technique, performance quality, and creativity. Encourage self-expression and artistic exploration in a safe and supportive environment. Collaborate with other instructors to integrate contemporary movement into studio programming. Stay up to date with current trends, techniques, and choreography in contemporary dance.
