Overview:

``` We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team. As a Dance Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your love for dance and inspire students of all ages and skill levels. If you have a strong background in dance and enjoy working with students, we would love to hear from you. Duties:

``` Develop and implement dance lesson plans for various age groups and skill levels Provide guidance and feedback to help students improve their technique and performance (End of Season Evaluations) Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves through dance Conduct rehearsals for performances and recitals ( Extra Compensation ) Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate events and performances Instructor at Summer Dance Camp ( Extra Compensation ) ```

Requirements:

``` Previous experience as a Dance Instructor or in a similar role Saturday 10-1PM Availability Strong knowledge of various dance styles and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively manage a classroom of students Patience and understanding when working with students of different ages and skill levels Experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred) Experience working with students with special needs (preferred) Spanish Speaker (preferred) If you are passionate about dance and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
