The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Jiu Jitsu and coaching, with the ability to engage and inspire students of all ages. This role involves teaching various techniques and drills while ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment. The Instructor will be responsible for developing lesson plans, conducting classes, and fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages participation and skill development. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the skill levels of students. Instruct students in various drills , martial arts (such as judo) & wrestling. Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing safety protocols and guidelines. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and confidence. Organize and lead practice sessions, drills, and competitions as needed. Maintain a clean and organized instructional space or facility. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding progress and any concerns. Foster a supportive environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and personal growth among participants. Skills Strong knowledge of sports coaching techniques and methodologies. Experience working with students in educational or recreational settings. Background in martial arts or judo is advantageous for specific classes. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students of diverse backgrounds.
