Competitive compensation, opportunities for professional development, and performance-based incentives or discounts for instructors or their families Your Role — Responsibilities Lead engaging Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and/or Hip‑Hop classes for students ranging from age 3 through advanced levels. Design lesson plans tailored to class levels; choreograph routines and prepare students for recitals and showcases Create a fun, inclusive, and motivating studio environment, encouraging growth and confidence. Collaborate on costumes, music selection, and performance logistics. Maintain professionalism in punctuality, communication, and studio representation. What We're Looking For Proficiency in at least two of these styles: Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip‑Hop. Demonstrated experience teaching all levels, especially beginners and young children (around age 3+) in a studio setting. Creative, energetic, and empathetic teaching style with strong organizational skills Excellent communication, nurturing mindset, and ability to manage multiple classes effectively.
