Schedule:
Monday- Friday from 4:00
- 8:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am
- 1:00pm. Our instructors work with dancers ranging from 18 months to 18 years old, teaching a variety of styles while fostering confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love of dance. WVDC instructors are more than teachers
- they are mentors who inspire and guide the next generation of dancers.
Compensation:
$25-40/hr. depending on individual experience, education and position requirements.Requirements Our ideal candidate will:
Have a strong dance background and a genuine passion for both dance and teaching Have experience working with children and students ages 18 months-18 years (preferred) Bring energy, creativity, and encouragement into every class Be committed to helping dancers develop both technical skills and confidence for life Communicate clearly and professionally with students, families, and team members Be reliable, professional, and a collaborative team player Have reliable transportation for travel between our Bay Area studio locations , and a desire to continue learning and growing Benefits Benefits for employees who work 30 hrs+ per week include: Vacation, sick, and holiday pay- including a paid holiday closure at the end of December!
