Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance Instructor to join our team, with flexibility to teach classes on Saturday mornings. The ideal candidate has a strong background in a variety of dance styles and the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students of all ages. This role includes developing lesson plans, managing class dynamics, and creating a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and self-expression. Responsibilities Develop and lead engaging dance classes tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Teach dance techniques, choreography, and performance skills in a supportive and encouraging manner. Provide individualized guidance and constructive feedback to help students improve and grow. Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized space conducive to learning and creativity. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to support programs, performances, and events. Requirements Proven experience teaching dance in a variety of styles. Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and class management. Experience working with children, teens, and adults in a dance or fitness class setting. Availability and flexibility to teach Saturday morning classes. Ability to work collaboratively with instructors and staff members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
