Individuals must be highly motivated and expereinced to teach 3-5 year olds with a clear plan.

Requirements :

3+ Years of Teaching dance to children Dance Studio teaching expereince Bachelor's Degree preferred Professionalism and Pro-active mindset Punctuality and Respect for the

Art of Dance Responsibilities :

Teacher's Roles and Responsibilities Teach and prepare for regular dance classes and curriculum Teach and prepare for productions or events Substitute as scheduled and find substitute teachers in advance. Communicate with dancers for any updates and business application during class time Keep a professionalism all the time in communication and execution. Keep track of any required trainings and management information Teach and conduct workshops, private lessons and other dance event or production and additional teaching or lesson opportunities as scheduled Attend regular meetings or meeting scheduled Communicating and coordinating any class management topics with the management teams to lead to collaboratively and effectively to meet business goals Prepare and learn dance curriculum and classroom skills Create and apply an appropriate curriculum for all classes based on ages and students need to business goals Collaborate with other team members to hold consistent and cohesive business progress and needs Supervising and overseeing dancers on the event and production day. Implementing and delivering Purdance curriculum Implementing and delivering Purdance Business management contents Work together as a team with other dance instructors and Purdance Staff. Keeping track of attendance and class management information Be Proactive on communication channels in resolving any tasks and projects to meet cohesive customer service. Customer Service-communication effectively and professionally all time with customers and working with Purdance Staff Prepare classes and students events and productions of Purdance Meet the program deadline and duties as well as additional duties as required for the dance program and business management that will affect on class management Communication effectively with Management teams and supervisors Meeting scheduled deadlines.
