A Dance Teacher teaches students in dance movement and choreography. Usually requires previous dance experience. Teaches a variety of dancing styles to individuals or groups of students. Styles may include ballet, tap, hip-hop, ballroom, jazz, lyrical or modern.

Part-time, ongoing The afternoon schedule is a great fit if your mornings and evenings are free — perfect for dancers, choreographers, students, and anyone looking for steady part-time work. What You'll Do Lead high-energy, age-appropriate Ballet, Hip-hop classes for toddlers and preschoolers (roughly ages 2-6 years) Teach simple grooves, rhythm, and beginner choreography to fun, kid-friendly music Use freestyle, dance games, and call-and-response to keep little dancers engaged Build confidence and self-expression through movement Keep everything clean and age-appropriate — music and moves alike Handle basic class setup and help with sign-in/sign-out and transitions Who We're Looking For You genuinely enjoy working with young children — you're patient, warm, and not afraid to be silly You're reliable and punctual (showing up on time, every time, matters a lot for after-school programs) You have a background in hip-hop or street dance — formal training is a plus, but strong rhythm, big energy, and a gift with kids matter most You're comfortable leading a group and keeping the energy high You're available Monday-Friday, 2:00-5:00 PM Nice to Have Experience teaching Ballet, Hip-Hop, choreography, or kids' dance and movement Familiarity with styles like breaking, popping, locking, or commercial hip-hop A go-to library of clean, kid-appropriate music Willingness to complete a background check (standard for working with children) How to Apply Email komal@stepon3.com with a short note about your experience with kids and your Ballet and Hip-Hop background.
