We are seeking an energetic and passionate Children's Dance Instructor to inspire and nurture young dancers aged 2 to 8 years old. In this role, you will create a lively, engaging environment where children can explore the joy of movement, develop their motor skills, and express themselves through dance and creative arts. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster confidence, coordination, and a love for the arts in our youngest learners. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on children's early development through dance and creative expression. Responsibilities Teach children's dance classes following our curriculum Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe, respectful environment for all children Skills Proven experience working with children in educational or recreational settings, especially in early childhood or preschool environments Strong background in teaching dance instruction, choreography, ballet, or other performing arts suitable for young children Ability to manage classrooms effectively through behavior management techniques and classroom organization skills Excellent communication skills for working with students and parents
