INSTRUCTOR

Redding, CT Sculpt House | Barre , Pilates,Yoga Sculpt House is looking for someone special to join our team - not just as an instructor, but as a key part of the studio and the community we're building. We're looking for a Lead Instructor who can become a consistent, familiar face at Sculpt House. This person will teach a significant portion of our weekly class schedule, build genuine relationships with our clients, and work closely with the owner to help shape the day-to-day experience and future of the studio.

THE ROLE

This is perfect for someone who loves teaching but also wants to be more involved than a traditional fitness instructor. You'll have the opportunity to bring ideas to the table and help create a studio that clients genuinely look forward to coming to. Teaching a consistent schedule of classes throughout the week Becoming a trusted, recognizable instructor our clients can count on Helping create and adjust the weekly class schedule Collaborating on workshops, challenges, special classes and studio events Helping build a welcoming, high-energy studio community Supporting the overall client experience Sharing ideas for programming and studio growth Stepping in as a trusted second set of hands for the owner as the studio grows

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You must be qualified and confident teaching at least TWO of the following three formats: Barre Mat Pilates Yoga We're looking for someone who is reliable, warm, energetic and genuinely passionate about boutique fitness. You should be comfortable connecting with clients, learning their names, creating an inviting atmosphere and becoming someone members are excited to see on the schedule. Because this person will essentially become a second face of Sculpt House, we want this to feel like a partnership - not simply a clock-in/clock-out instructor position. In return for taking on a larger role within the studio, we're happy to offer significant flexibility and creative input. You'll have a voice in scheduling, programming, events and how your role develops as Sculpt House grows.
