About Us Emerge Dance Collective is seeking an experienced and passionate Acro Coach to join our growing faculty. We are looking for someone who values safe training practices, proper progressions, and creating a positive environment where dancers feel supported, challenged, and empowered. Position Overview The Acro Coach will be responsible for teaching acrobatics classes to dancers of various ages and levels. We are looking for an instructor who can build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while prioritizing safety and proper technique. Responsibilities Teach acrobatics classes for dancers of varying ages and skill levels Implement safe progressions and proper technique training Develop dancers' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination Provide constructive feedback and individualized corrections Maintain a safe, positive, and professional learning environment Collaborate with studio leadership and faculty Qualifications Previous experience teaching acrobatics, tumbling, or related disciplines Strong knowledge of safe acro training and progressions Ability to work with dancers of various ages and levels Strong classroom management and communication skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented The Ideal Candidate Has a genuine passion for teaching and dancer development Connects with students in a positive and encouraging way Leads with kindness, patience, and professionalism Creates a nurturing environment where dancers feel confident and supported Celebrates growth and individual achievement Loves working with children and young performers Brings enthusiasm, positivity, and energy to every class Why Join Emerge Dance Collective?
