About Us Emerge Dance Collective is a new and growing dance studio dedicated to creating a positive, inspiring, and high-quality training environment where dancers can grow both technically and artistically. We are seeking passionate educators who are committed to helping dancers build confidence, develop strong technique, and discover their full potential. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Dance Technique Coach to join our faculty. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about developing well-rounded dancers. This instructor should be comfortable working with a variety of ages and skill levels while creating a classroom environment that is both challenging and encouraging. Responsibilities Teach technique-focused classes for dancers of various ages and levels Provide technical training in areas such as turns, leaps, flexibility, conditioning, alignment, and overall dancer development Create engaging, structured lesson plans Provide constructive feedback and individualized corrections Foster a positive, encouraging, and professional classroom environment Communicate effectively with students, families, and studio leadership Serve as a positive role model for dancers Qualifications Previous dance teaching experience required Strong technical background in ballet, jazz, contemporary, or related disciplines Ability to work with dancers of different ages, abilities, and experience levels Strong classroom management and communication skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented The Ideal Candidate Is passionate about dance education and youth development Connects easily with students of all ages Leads with kindness, patience, and professionalism Creates a supportive and motivating classroom culture Understands how to challenge dancers while building confidence Genuinely loves teaching and helping young dancers grow Brings positive energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic to every class Why Join Emerge Dance Collective? Part-Time Schedule:
Afternoon, evening, and occasional weekend availability preferred.
