After-School Chess Coach Ocoee, FL $20
  • $23 an hour

Part-time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 2:30-3:30 PM (must be available at least 3 days per week)
Season:
August 2026

We're looking for a reliable, upbeat coach who loves working with kids and wants to help build confidence, teamwork, and cheer skills in a positive recreational environment. Coaches also get extra paid hours for weekend performances, parades, and special events.
What You'll Do:
Lead beginner‑friendly cheer practices focused on motions, jumps, chants, and teamwork Create a safe, encouraging environment for athletes ages 5-14 Help prepare teams for community performances and events Support program traditions, spirit days, and monthly "Employee of the Month" rewards
Requirements:
Experience in cheer, dance, gymnastics, or tumbling Comfortable working with kids and managing small groups Reliable, positive, and energetic Able to pass a background check Ready to be part of a growing, exciting youth program If you love cheer, love kids, and want to be part of something fun and meaningful, this role is for you.
