About Our Classes:
As a Let's Dance teacher with FineArtsMatter you'll conduct after-school group Jazz and Hip Hop dance classes for groups of K-3rd graders at local elementary schools during the week. These classes are a great introduction to beginning dance techniques, choreography, and always end with a fun final performance for family and friends. You'll have access to our proven curriculum, choreography, teaching materials, and teaching methods... but we can't wait to see what you bring to the classroom! A Successful FineArtsMatter Teacher is… Eager to share their love and knowledge of dance with young artists Adaptable, and able to interact with and encourage young students in a fun way Available in the afternoons between 2:15-4:00 pm Able to provide a resume and 2 professional references Must provide a clear background check Must be reliable, and have reliable transportation Experienced in teaching Jazz and Hip Hop Dance classes to young students... Your degree and/or teaching experience is always a plus! What We Provide… An encouraging work environment to share your love of dance!
