Our boutique children's ballet program focuses on creativity, joyful movement, and the magical foundations of ballet , using storytelling, music, and interactive activities to nurture each child's confidence and love of dance. The ideal candidate has experience teaching or leading groups of young children (6 or more at a time), a background in dance— ballet preferred —or theatre, and a naturally bubbly, warm, and fun personality. Applicants must love working with children ages 18 months-9 years and feel confident guiding both little dancers and their parents. Responsibilities Independently teach 45-minute ballet classes for children 18 months to 9 years old Introduce foundational ballet concepts through creativity, imagination, and movement Manage class groups of 5-10 children with confidence, safety, and enthusiasm Communicate with parents about class flow, progress, and studio information Open and close the studio during assigned shifts Assist with membership sales and retail items Lead or support special events, community activities, and occasional weekend birthday parties Serve as a positive, professional brand ambassador for the program Qualifications Experience working with young children in groups of 6+ (required) At least 2 year of teaching experience in dance or preschool setting.
