Tippi Toes Dance Company | Port St. Lucie - West Palm Beach Tippi Toes Dance Company has been inspiring confidence, creativity, and joy through dance since 1999. We bring engaging children's dance classes directly to schools and childcare centers using music, movement, and imaginative storytelling. We are seeking an energetic, reliable Dance Instructor who enjoys working with children and is comfortable driving to multiple locations throughout our territory.

Instructors must:

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable driving to multiple schools and childcare centers throughout Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Palm City, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, and West Palm Beach (locations vary by day) Available to work Monday-Friday afternoons Able to pass a DCF background check Responsibilities Teach upbeat, engaging children's dance classes using Tippi Toes curriculum Review and prepare lesson plans prior to each class Travel to assigned locations and arrive on time Create a positive, encouraging classroom environment Communicate with school staff and the Franchise Owner Support student enrollment and class growth Collaborate with fellow instructors Qualifications Passion for working with children Experience teaching or working with children preferred Confident leading groups in a fun, energetic setting Strong communication and professionalism Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Background in dance, cheer, theater, gymnastics, or performing arts a plus Must pass a background check Availability Required Weekdays as classes are held between 9:00 AM-12:00 PM and 2:00 PM-5:00 PM Why Join Tippi Toes?
