IntensityX3 Fitness & Kickboxing specializes in high-energy group fitness and kickboxing classes. Our unique approach combines kickboxing, metabolic conditioning, and strength training to help our clients achieve their fitness goals. We cater to teens and adults looking to learn the basics of kickboxing and Muay Thai without the intention of competing, providing a supportive and motivating environment.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Kickboxing or Muay Thai Instructor who is passionate about teaching and eager to build their own adult program at two of our studios. You will have the creative freedom to design and lead a program that aligns with your expertise while maintaining the service values of IntensityX3. Additionally, there is potential to teach our established Fitness Kickboxing classes, which follow a specific format to ensure consistency and quality across all sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead a Kickboxing or Muay Thai program tailored to adults who are beginners or have basic skills. Maintain a focus on safety, technique, and client engagement during all classes. Ensure that classes are enjoyable, motivating, and effective for participants of all fitness levels. Adhere to the values and service standards of IntensityX3 Fitness & Kickboxing. Optionally, teach Fitness Kickboxing classes following our structured format. Build strong relationships with clients, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment. Collaborate with studio management to promote and grow the program.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in Kickboxing or Muay Thai, with a strong foundation in both technique and instruction. Proven track record of successfully teaching adult classes in a group setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with a diverse group of clients. Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging class formats that meet the needs of non-competitive participants. Commitment to maintaining a positive, motivating, and inclusive class atmosphere. Flexibility to work during the specified class times (weeknights and Saturdays).
