Dance Instructor - Ballroom & Partner Dance | $40,000-$150,000+ Dance With Me Studios is the fastest-growing ballroom studio chain in America — 14 locations across 6 states, founded by Maks and Val Chmerkovskiy of Dancing with the Stars. We're hiring full-time instructors who want a real career in dance, not a gig. What this job actually looks like: Teach private lessons to adult students (this is the majority of your schedule and income) Lead group classes and host studio social parties Perform with students at showcases and Pro-Am competitions Monday-Friday, 12 PM-8:30 PM. Saturdays optional but recommended while you build your schedule.

What you earn:

Guaranteed weekly base pay — you earn this even while building your student load Per-lesson pay on top (your income grows as your schedule fills) Competition income — instructors who compete with students earn significantly more Entry level: $40,000-$60,000.
