Our unique program of 40% group and 40% direct coaching social play based program for elementary age learners (non-aggressive, want to have friends, and love playing) to include building friendships, expand communication skills, learn leisure skills for the community (playing games, sports, art, science, STEM, music, dance, outside/community adventures and more) home skills (like cooking) and increase their group fun activity skills. We do this through a the application of play-based and ABA principles. We do ABA the Social Play Way! Who Are We? (this is not a summer position but a regular hourly part time position)
School Year Weekly:
need to be able to begin by August 13th but can start before. Shifts are Tuesday - Friday starting at 2:30 and ending at 6:00 pm. AND Saturday between 9:15 - 3:30 pm (5-6 hr shifts) What skills do you need? Previous experience working or teaching children elementary age, being reliable, fun, having a playful personality, detail oriented (data), plus ability to run/jump/crawl/kick/throw/play and act silly and want to work as a team member.
Responsibilities:
Implement daily engaging social skills activities 1:1 and in group settings Implement individualized teaching strategies based on learner's needs Communicate effectively with learners and team members to ensure a supportive learning environment. Collect accurate data of learners participation and progress. Collaborate with team members to enhance program effectiveness and learners outcomes. Education:
Some College or In College locally, Bachelor or Higher degree or
RBT Starting Pay:
$18-19 for non-degree/no certification and $21+ for RBT or College Degree or higher (pay based on experience, certification, experience)

Yes we do train to work with our learners! You will learn our systems, ABA our way and our games.
Location:
