About You You are a dynamic and passionate dance teacher who brings both discipline and heart to the studio. You know how to motivate dancers of all ages and skill levels, communicate effectively with parents, and contribute to the continued success of our program. Qualifications 3-5+ years of dance teaching experience Proven choreographic success in competition settings Strong technical background in Jazz Comfortable teaching all age groups and skill levels Experience with music selection, costume selection, and routine cleaning Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with parents and students. Responsibilities Teach weekly technique classes Choreograph competition routines and recital pieces Clean and polish routines throughout the season Select age-appropriate music and costumes Collaborate with other instructors and parents to support dancer development Maintain and promote a positive, respectful studio culture If you're ready to be part of a studio that values creativity, community, and professionalism, we'd love to meet you.
