About Spin City Studio:
Spin City Studio is a rhythm-based indoor cycling studio located in Covington, LA, offering an energetic and welcoming environment for all fitness levels. As the only spin studio within 30 miles, we pride ourselves on delivering high-energy rides, creative choreography, and a strong sense of community.
Job Summary:
Spin City Studio is seeking passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated Spin Instructors to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a high-energy setting, loves connecting with people, and is eager to inspire others to achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead 45-minute rhythm-based spin classes, incorporating engaging music and choreography. Provide clear instruction on bike setup, proper form, and class flow to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all riders. Motivate and inspire participants through verbal cues, music selection, and positive energy. Customize rides to accommodate beginner and advanced riders within the same class. Maintain a clean and organized workout space before and after classes. Foster a supportive, inclusive, and fun studio atmosphere. Participate in team training sessions and contribute to the growth of the studios offerings.
Qualifications:
Certification in indoor cycling (preferred but not required; training provided). Passion for fitness and ability to create an energetic class environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Prior experience as a fitness instructor is a plus, but not required.
