Role:
Join Giguere Gymnastics as a Ballet Teacher in Leicester, MA, where you will inspire and nurture the next generation of dancers. This is an exciting opportunity to share your passion for ballet in a supportive and creative environment.
Responsibilities:
Instruct ballet classes for various age groups and skill levels. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote technique and artistry. Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their skills. Organize and prepare students for performances and recitals. Maintain a positive and motivating classroom atmosphere. Collaborate with other instructors to create a well-rounded dance program. Monitor student progress and communicate with parents as needed. Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all students.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a ballet teacher or dancer. Strong knowledge of ballet techniques and teaching methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Passion for teaching and a commitment to student development.
