Lexington School of Ballet is seeking an experienced upper level ballet teacher for Pre-Professional and Upper Level ballet, pointe, and variations classes beginning in September 2026 for the school year and beyond. The classes are held on Monday from 4:15 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. or on Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay ispetitive with major Boston ballet schools. Lexington School of Ballet is on a major bus line and has free parking behind the building.Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience both as a dancer and as a teacher and have the ability to teach the classic major female variations to Pre-Professional dancers. Candidates seeking this position should be enthusiastic and positive, love to teach ballet, and enjoy nurturing young adults and passing their art form on to younger dancers.
