This position focuses on teaching:
Turns, Jumps & Leaps (beginner through advanced levels) Flexibility & Strength Training Acro Dance Tumbling (beginner through advanced levels)

Curriculum:
Training and lesson plans can be provided to ensure consistency across all classes, though teachers are encouraged to incorporate their own creative teaching style.
Responsibilities:
Provide age-appropriate instruction in multiple dance disciplines, maintaining a balance of structure and fun to engage young learners. Create a positive, supportive, and safe classroom environment where students feel encouraged to explore and grow. Incorporate music, movement, and imaginative activities to capture the attention of young dancers. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, classroom expectations, and studio updates. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and preparedness at all times. Collaborate with the studio director and fellow faculty members to uphold the mission and standards of Phoenix Dance Company.
Qualifications:
Previous teaching experience in dance and/or early childhood education strongly preferred. Strong foundation in at least one or more of the following styles: Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Tumbling. Enthusiastic, reliable, and patient, with a passion for inspiring young children. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Willingness to adapt to provided lesson plans and studio policies.
