In this dynamic role, you will lead engaging dance classes, assist with develop of creative curricula, and foster a positive environment that encourages artistic growth and confidence. Your expertise will help students discover the joy of movement while honing their technique, whether they are beginners or advanced dancers. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on aspiring dancers and dance enthusiasts alike. Duties Design and implement comprehensive ballet curricula tailored to various age groups and skill levels, incorporating fundamental techniques and artistic expression Lead lively, well-structured classes that motivate students to improve their dancing skills and build confidence Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students Provide personalized feedback and tutoring to help students progress in their technique and performance skills Organize rehearsals for performances or showcases, guiding students through choreography and stage presence Collaborate with parents, guardians, or adult learners to discuss progress, goals, and areas for development Incorporate elements of theater, costume design, or photography into class projects to enrich the learning experience when appropriate Requirements Proven experience in teaching or taking ballet dance classes with a strong background in ballet techniques Classroom management skills to maintain an engaging yet disciplined learning environment Experience working with young children, pre-teens, and adolescent learners in educational or recreational settings Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and other organizations Join us as a Ballet Instructor and bring your passion for dance to life by nurturing talent, inspiring creativity, and making every class an exciting journey into the world of ballet!
