Job Description

At Kaleidoscope of Dance & Gymnastics, we believe every child deserves a place to move, express themselves, and shine. We're looking for positive, energetic, and reliable dance teachers who love working with kids and want to make a meaningful impact, both in and out of the studio. Our recreational dance program is where confidence grows, creativity comes to life, and dancers discover their love for movement. As a KODG dance teacher, you'll help create a fun, supportive, and inspiring environment where every child feels seen, encouraged, and proud of their progress.
What You'll Do:
Lead engaging, high-energy dance classes for a variety of ages and levels Teach foundational technique while encouraging creativity and self-expression Build confidence and connection with every dancer in your class Create a positive, team-first atmosphere that reflects KODG's values Choreograph age-appropriate routines for class performances and recital Communicate with families and staff in a friendly and professional way Help keep the studio organized, clean, and ready for success

A genuine love for working with kids and helping them grow Energetic, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Ability to keep classes structured, encouraging, and FUN Previous dance training and/or teaching experience preferred Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Why KODG?
