Pickleball Coach (1099 Independent Contractor) PickleRage Eldersburg | Eldersburg, MD Turn Your Passion for Pickleball Into a Flexible Coaching Opportunity PickleRage Eldersburg is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Pickleball Coach to join our growing community as a 1099 Independent Contractor . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated coach who enjoys teaching players of all skill levels and is excited to build and grow their own coaching business within a premier pickleball facility. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to develop your own client base, offer private and group instruction, and create programs that help players improve their game while contributing to the growth of the PickleRage community. Responsibilities Conduct private and semi-private lessons Lead group clinics, workshops, and skills sessions Develop lesson plans for players of varying skill levels Coach beginner, intermediate, and advanced players Promote and market your coaching services to attract new clients Build and maintain relationships with players and members Assist with special events, tournaments, camps, and community programs as opportunities arise Serve as a positive ambassador for PickleRage and the sport of pickleball What We're Looking For Strong pickleball playing and instructional experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and engage players of all ages and skill levels Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to generate and manage your own clientele Professional, reliable, and organized Comfortable promoting services through social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach Current coaching, teaching, or competitive playing experience preferred MUST be PPR Certified Independent Contractor Expectations This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position , not a W-2 employee role.

Coaches are expected to:
