Job Description

The Dance Complex is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and positive dance instructor to join our team and teach our non-competitive dance classes . We are looking for someone who loves working with dancers, creates a fun and encouraging classroom environment, and can help students build confidence, technique, and a genuine love of dance. What You'll Do Teach non-competitive dance classes on Wednesdays and/or Thursdays Provide age-appropriate, engaging instruction Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive classroom environment Teach proper technique while keeping classes fun and motivating Prepare age-appropriate choreography and class activities Maintain a professional and positive relationship with students and families Communicate with studio management regarding class needs or concerns What We're Looking For Previous dance teaching experience preferred Strong background in one or more dance styles Reliable and responsible Energetic, patient, and encouraging with children and teens Comfortable managing a classroom independently Positive attitude and professional demeanor Someone who genuinely enjoys teaching and connecting with dancers Dance education, performance, or teaching experience is a plus, but we are also open to the right candidate with strong dance experience and a passion for teaching. Schedule & Compensation Part-time Classes primarily on Wednesdays and/or Thursdays Immediate availability preferred Class schedule and hours will be discussed based on experience and availability Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications If you are a passionate dancer and teacher looking for a fun, supportive studio environment, we would love to hear from you!
