Are you looking for a part-time opportunity where you can use your tumbling know-how and skills in decision making, problem solving and dealing with the public? Our Tumbling Instructors enjoy a flexible schedule along with a fun work environment and earn competitive pay with an expected starting rate of pay of $30.00 hourly. As part of our Parks and Recreation Department, this position plays an important role in providing tumbling instruction to groups and individuals. Generally, you'll teach a few classes each week, including helping out when a substitute teacher is needed. As a Tumbling Instructor, your duties and responsibilities will include: Setting up facilities for programs, events, games, and activities Providing information and top notice customer service to patrons Researching and proposing new programs, as well as providing input on improving existing ones Developing program curriculum and schedules We're looking for someone who is knowledgeable in tumbling skills, including acrobats. This person should be comfortable leading a group and teaching individuals. Availability to work evenings during class times is required. Could this be the opportunity for you?
