Position Type:
Part-Time (Potential for Growth)
Overview:
We are seeking a strong, technically trained instructor capable of teaching multiple age levels (recreational through advanced). This position requires a strong background in dance technique and structured training.
Responsibilities:
Teach ballet, jazz, lyrical, hiphop, and/or tap Train dancers in proper technique and alignment Prepare choreography for performances and recital Maintain high classroom standards Provide corrections with professionalism Support growth of performance and competition pathways
Required Qualifications:
Formal dance training (studio, collegiate, or professional level) Strong understanding of ballet technique and foundations Experience teaching multiple age groups Ability to teach both beginner and advanced levels Classroom management skills Professional rehearsal and choreography experience preferred
